I’ve found Eaves Property Management consistently difficult to deal with. Communication is slow, issues are rarely resolved on the first attempt, and there’s very little follow-through even after repeated reminders. Basic maintenance problems seem to drag on for months, and when contractors do attend, the work often feels incomplete or below standard.
There’s also a general lack of clarity and accountability, you raise an issue, but nothing happens unless you chase multiple times. This matches a lot of the feedback others have shared publicly, and unfortunately my experience has been very similar. Overall, it doesn’t feel like the properties or residents are being managed with the level of care or professionalism you would expect.
