Slough motion leisure - This was the most chaotic and unsafe leisure centre I’ve ever used. Even after a fatal pool incident, nothing meaningfully improved; still understaffed, unmanaged and unsafe. My refund, requested in the first week, was dragged out for nearly two years, and their ‘official’ email account often sat unmanned for months at a time. When my data was breached twice, the manager’s response was to blacklist me rather than address the issue. Staff behaviour was openly intimidating: I was shouted at without cause, the toilets routinely flooded, and one staff member was dismissed after threatening me in the changing rooms. I witnessed deeply inappropriate behaviour in the spa with absolutely no safeguarding from management. This facility is a hazard; avoid it. Minus stars necessary. Over 10 different staff members left in a year because they were uncomfortable with Mamagement. The staff also can break the rules for their favourites ???? A lot of elderly women come here to gossip and discuss exercise rather than doing it ??
